Multi-Agent AI Systems

Multi-Agent AI Systems That Run Whole Workflows, Not Single Tasks

We design and build coordinated AI agents for sales, support and operations that share context, hand work to each other and bring in your team when a person is needed.

Agent design · Orchestration · CRM and tool integrations · Human handoff · Monitoring

The Problem

One Chatbot Cannot Run a Business Process

Single bots hit a ceiling

A single AI assistant asked to qualify leads, answer support questions, update the CRM and chase invoices does each job poorly. The more instructions it carries, the less reliable it becomes.

Work falls between tools

Real processes cross several systems and several people. A lead is booked but nobody is told. A support ticket needs an order lookup. Information is retyped from one tool into another, and steps are missed.

Specialist agents, one system

OXONTA splits the work between specialist agents, each with one clear job, its own instructions and access to the tools it needs. An orchestration layer passes tasks and context between them and escalates to your team under rules you set.

Deliverables

What's Included in Our Multi-Agent AI Systems

Design, build, integration and ongoing supervision of your agent system.

Process mapping

We document the workflow as it runs today, including decisions, exceptions and handoffs, and choose the parts that suit automation.

Agent role design

Each agent is given one responsibility, such as intake, qualification, scheduling, support or reporting, with clear instructions and limits.

Orchestration and handoffs

Rules for how agents pass tasks and context to each other, so the customer never has to repeat themselves.

Tool and data integrations

Agents connected to your CRM, calendar, help desk, email, phone and internal data through APIs and automation platforms.

Knowledge base

Your documents, policies and product information organized so agents answer from your content, not from guesswork.

Human-in-the-loop controls

Approval steps and escalation rules for sensitive actions, with a named person notified and the full context attached.

Testing and guardrails

Scenario testing before launch, plus limits on what each agent can say and do.

Monitoring and improvement

Logs of every agent action, regular reviews of failed or escalated cases, and updates as your process changes.

How We Work

Our Multi-Agent Build Process

Start with one workflow, prove it, then extend.

01

Discover and map

We choose one high-value workflow with you and map every step, system and exception in it.

02

Design the agents

We define the agents, their tools, the handoff rules and where a person must approve, and you sign off the design.

03

Build and test

We build the agents and integrations, then run real scenarios, including the awkward ones, before anything goes live.

04

Launch and extend

The system goes live with close monitoring. Once it is stable, we add further agents and workflows.

Ads + AI

How Multi-Agent AI Boosts Your Ad ROI

1. Lead from ads

2. Intake agent

3. Qualify and book

4. Handoff to your team

A paid lead passes through several steps before it becomes revenue: first reply, qualification, booking, reminders, the sales call and the follow-up afterward. Each step handled slowly, or not at all, loses a share of the leads your ads paid for.

In a multi-agent system each of those steps has an owner. An intake agent replies and captures details. A qualification agent asks your questions and scores the lead. A scheduling agent books and reminds. A follow-up agent re-engages no-shows and quiet leads. A reporting agent records the outcome against the ad that produced it. Your team steps in for the conversation that needs a person, with the whole history in front of them.

Every stage from first reply to follow-up has a dedicated agent.

Context passes between agents, so leads are never asked twice.

Your team is brought in only when a person is needed.

Outcomes are recorded against the campaign that produced each lead.

FAQs

Multi-Agent AI Systems FAQs

What is a multi-agent AI system?

A multi-agent AI system is a group of AI agents that each handle one part of a process and pass work to each other. One agent might capture a lead, another qualify it and a third book the appointment, with rules that decide when a person takes over.

How is this different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions in one conversation. An agent can also take actions, such as updating a CRM record or booking a meeting. A multi-agent system coordinates several agents so a whole process is completed, not just one reply. We explain the difference further in our article on AI agents versus chatbots.

Do the agents replace my staff?

They take over repetitive steps so your staff can spend time on work that needs judgment. We design every system with points where a person approves or takes over, and you decide where those are.

Which tools can the agents connect to?

Most tools with an API or an integration on platforms such as n8n or Make, including common CRMs, calendars, help desks, email and messaging services. We check your specific stack during discovery and tell you what is and is not possible.

How long does a multi-agent system take to build?

[MY ANSWER]

Let's talk about what you want the system to do.

Tell us where you’re stuck and what a successful outcome looks like. We’ll come back to you within one business day with a clear next step — a call, a scope, or a straight answer that we’re not the right fit.
