Digital Marketing Strategy Services That Give Every Channel a Job
Before you spend on ads, content or software, we build one plan that covers how people find you, why they choose you and how every lead gets followed up.
Research · Positioning · Full-funnel map · Channel budgets · 90-day roadmap
Activity Without a Plan Is the Most Expensive Kind of Marketing
Plenty of activity, no reason
Most small businesses do not lack marketing. They have a website, a social account, a few boosted posts, an SEO retainer that sends a monthly PDF, and a CRM that half the team uses. What they lack is a reason each of those exists.
Decisions made in isolation
A new channel is added because a competitor is on it. Budgets are set by what was spent last year. Results are judged by whichever number went up. When growth stalls, there is no way to tell which part failed.
One written plan
OXONTA's strategy work produces a single written plan. It names your best customers, the offer that brings them in, the channels worth paying for, the content and search work that supports them, and the automation that handles the leads. You can run it with us, with your own team, or with other suppliers.

How AI Follow-Up Boosts Your Ad ROI
1. Lead source
2. Defined response time
3. AI agent follow-up
4. Booked call
Most marketing plans end at the lead. They describe audiences, channels and creative in detail, then assume that someone will pick up the phone. That assumption is where plans fail: the ads work, the leads arrive, and the response depends on who happens to be free.
We design follow-up into the strategy from the start. For each lead source in the plan, we specify how quickly the lead is contacted, by which channel, what questions qualify them and how a booking is made. AI agents carry out those steps, so the plan does not rely on spare staff time. It also changes the math of the budget. When more of the leads you pay for turn into appointments, each channel can justify a higher cost per lead, which opens up audiences and keywords that would otherwise look too expensive.
Response time and follow-up steps are defined for every lead source.
AI agents handle first contact, qualification and booking.
Budgets are set using expected booking rates, not lead volume alone.
The plan includes the CRM pipeline that makes results measurable.

Digital Marketing Strategy FAQs
What do I actually receive?
A written strategy document, a channel and budget plan, a funnel map, a measurement framework and a 90-day roadmap. We walk you through it on a call and answer questions from whoever will be doing the work.
Do I have to hire OXONTA to carry out the plan?
No. The plan is written so that your own team or another supplier can follow it. If you would like us to run the ads, pages and automation afterward, we can, and the people who wrote the plan will already understand the business.
We already run ads. Do we still need a strategy?
If your ads are profitable and you know why, perhaps not. If results are uneven, if channels are managed separately, or if you cannot say what a booked call costs, a strategy usually pays for itself by showing what to stop as much as what to start.
How is this different from an SEO or ads audit?
An audit examines one channel and lists fixes. A strategy decides which channels you should be using at all, what each is for, and how they connect to your sales process. Audits of your existing accounts are part of our discovery stage.
How long does the strategy take?
